FILTER CARTRIDGES

MELT BLOWN FILTER

Melt Blown Filter.png

The melt blown filter element is made from 100% pure polypropylene ultrafine fibers. It is made using high temperature fusion entanglement, without using any chemical additives or binders. The fibers are randomly bonded in space to form a three-dimensional micro-porous structure. It is able to capture particles throughout the entire cross section of the cartridge and reduce surface binding. Therefore, it provides superior flow rate and excellent dirt holding performance, which offers good protection for downstream water membrane systems.

DEPTH STACK FILTER

Depth Stack Filter.png

Depth stack or deep-layer membrane filter elements are composed of a high-purity lignocellulose. It has a high surface area with inorganic filter aids embedded into a cellulose fiber matrix. Its special three-dimension space channel enables thousands of square meters of internal surface area per square meter of filtration area. With a combination of depth filtration and electro-kinetic adsorption, the filter media provides efficient haze and particle reduction at micron ratings, lower than the mechanical rating alone. It also utilizes a charge-modified depth filter media with high-tensile strength, which performs efficiently under elevated operating temperatures or repeated hot water sanitation cycles.

String Wound Filter

STRING WOUND FILTER

The string wire wound filter element utilizes a special process with textile fiber. By adopting high speed and continuous winding technology, the filter is tightly wound on a porous skeleton structure in a honeycomb shape. The precise three-dimensional structure expands the internal filtration area of the filter, which has high dirt holding capacity in order to capture suspended solids, rust and particles. It has extremely low media migration.

PES PLEATED FILTER

PES pleated filter element is a polyethersulfone filter membrane element with extremely high accuracy, capable of removing bacteria and particles for low pressure drops at higher flow rates. An asymmetric polyethersulfone membrane imported from Europe is used. It has a porous structural membrane, where the aperture gradually decreases with depth. All components of filter elements are in accordance with FDA regulations, for use in food contact applications.

PLEATED POLYESTER FILTER

The pleated polyester filter element is folded into shape with non-woven & durable polyester fiber cloth. Polyester fiber has good mechanical properties and high temperature resistance. Its strength is not affected even in strong acid environments. The folding process design enables the filter element to have a large filtration area, extending its flux as well as its service life. The ends are immersed in a thermoset vinyl plastisol, which seals the end of each pleat, uniting the three components and forming a strong bonded end cap.  This ensure sealing to avoid any bypass.

These activated carbon rods are made of high-quality coconut shell activated carbon powder. Imported food-grade adhesives are utilized, and the filter element is NSF certified to ensure safety and efficiency during use. Because of the unique pore structure of the carbon media, it is well suited for chemical adsorption. It reduces chlorine, chloramine and other chemicals that contribute to taste and odour. With superior absorbability and filtration efficiency, it features stable pressure drops and a long service life.
